looks like the old SE mufflers that HD sold back in the day. ( 02 through about 06 or 7) I had a set on a road king in 04. They sound good and the end cap was held on with three screws. The end caps had several options, the one you show the picture of is the billet end cap and was very popular. You might check here..
Thanks all for the help, I knew I would get the answer here. They sounded so good on this Twin Cam 88 I had to follow the guy till he stopped so I could ask him what they were. He bought the bike used and didn't know what they were so I snapped the pics and posted them here. Probably will sound a bit different on my 103 with cat head pipes but a little toning down won't hurt.
