I think I read somewhere that the green parade passes were lined up right behind the elephants if my memory serves me correctly.

Got my commemorative ticket package, but I didn't request a parade pass so of course I didn't get one of those. I'm riding from Orlando to Milwaukee via the Geico Hot Bike Tour so I'll have had enough of group riding when I get there anyway. Hope you enjoy the parade and your bike works to perfection.

The color code is very likely for a staging area for before the ride starts. If you decide not to use it, let me know.

That was my first thought. The idea of crawling through Milwaukee while my bike melts isn't that appetizing. Maybe with some gravy the "roasted leg of biker" might be tasty though...
