New primary seals.. Same Leak..

I dont think its comming from the shift shaft seal. But i picked one up anyways and going to replace it while its accesible. I could tell theres a little moisture around it, but not nearly enough to be the main cause of my leak. Bikes an 00 FLHT. Went step by step with my clymers bible and it said nothing about a tourque sequence! Can you guys enlighten me? I didnt just crank down one side and then the next. (Did kind of like a tire star pattern) But im surprised it didnt say anything about that. Heading to the shop to pick up some oil, silicon, and pick their brains a little more. Let you guys know how it goes.

got it! thanks for all your help guys. It ended up being the main shaft seal. I guess when installing it all back together the bottom of the seal didnt set correctly. Fix'd and NO LEAK! Gotta tell you guys, it feels great not to leave a spot of oil wherever i go! On my way to HD today to buy a manual.. was very surprised the torque sequence wasnt in my clymers. Oh well. New day, new problems! Up next? Think i need to re-jet the bike.

I have bought a couple for other vehicles and they are too generic and dont have all the info like FSM's have.
