Default July 4th trip
Went on a little putt over the July 4th weekend with my buddy Eric and his Harley Hottie wife Elise.

Left Salt Lake City July 3rd after work, from there:

Wendover Nevada
Elko Nevada
Winnamuca Nevada
Reno NV
Carson City NV
Lake Tahoe
Sacramento CA
Nevado CA (about 20 miles north of San Francisco)
San Francisco

Down the pacific coast Highway thru Santa Maria, Huntington Beach, Malibu, to Chula Vista (just outside of San Diego)

From San Diego to Las Vegas

Then Back to Salt Lake City via Mesquite NV, St George Utah, Cedar City, Beaver and on home.

Logged 15 miles short of 2300 miles. Got back on the 8th. (5.25 day trip)

Weather was insane. Everything from 48 degrees (San Francisco) to 118 degrees (Death Valley CA) Sacremento, Vegas, and Southern Utah until St George were each around 106-108 Degrees. Thank god for synthetic oil and the 3/4 helmet I bought for the trip. Helmet saved my face in the extreme heat. Harley Hydration vest keep me from totally cooking in Death Valley.
