No throttle response
the throttle body has a plug at the 7 oclock position ( feel behind the air cleaner).
unplug this and clean the contacts on both sides.
I use a fiberglass nic-sand pen ( some use contact cleaner spray...make SURE that it is plastic safe)
put it back on.( some use a dielectric grease)
then cycle the ignition 4 times to reset the throttle position
with right hand, turn on ignition switch...wait until fuel pump primes and stops...wait a sec...turn ign switch off.
repeat
this is all assuming that nobody has tried ( and failed) to wire up a bar swap
