Removing plastic from pipes?

Removing plastic from pipes?
So I got crap from my rain gear on my pipes, whats the best way to remove it?

I have had limited success with NeverDull and WD-40, not at the same time..
Sometime it takes several applications...
Good luck, it sucks when this happens...also plastic bags are a mess when you hit one on the road...

Use over cleaner...spray some on a rag and apply directly to the burned on plastic. Replete if necessary.

Did mine with Goof Off an old credit card, won't scratch chrome, and lots of patience, which I have very little of, soooo, it took me three days.

Nevrdull always worked well for me and shines up chrome pipes. You got buy it at any Auto Parts store.

Oven cleaner spray on cold pipes will work definitely with very little effort.
