I ordered my Patriot Editon Ultra Classic in late Dec. The dealer cancelled an incomming UC and put mine in its place. It made it out of the factory just before the strike...I mean that afternoon, and they went on strike that midnight.

I am sorry to here about you misfortune. Some dealers are not into service...they think they are doing you a favor by selling you a bike.

Well all I have to say is fill out the surve forum MOCO sends you. My dealer said that MOCO uses that survey to determine allocations in the future.

HD of Pikeville KY gave me 10% off MSRP, which they give to all police and firefighters, no set up fees. Just pay tax and license and thats it.

Hope it all works out for you.

Joel

I've had nothing but great service from each dealer I have ever delt with. From the time I ordered my 06 STREET GLIDE!!! It hasbeen one great thing after another.

My experience is Harley Davidson is THE BEST. There is nothing like a new harley.

Dear Sir,
My sales person didn't call me back right whenI felt he should have. And when he didI got irrate with him and bitched about it.
I feel his life should revolve around only me, sinceI amHarley-Davidson'sonly customer and they need only me to stay in bussiness.
Signed,
P.S......"I went ahead and mopped the showroom floor with his azz after he treated mewith disrespect. The showroom floor is really glistening, except forthe permanant chips in thefloorwhere I made him eat some tile. Feel free to visit him in the ICU at the local hospital, he will be the one with the ICP bolt sticking out of his cranium, sh!tting in a bag, now harmless as a baby"

Thanks for your time".

Love,

Me.

Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere, you will always have a short fuse w/that dealer and they most likely wont bend much for you if need be.No matter who is right here, hard feelings will always be near the surface.

My last two bikes were bought at dealerships other than my local showroom. On my '07 RKC, after the shoddy treatment I got at my local dealer, I walked out to my truck and called the dealer 50 miles away. They had the exact bike I wanted coming in the next week. Made the deal on the phone ... the old lady drove me over the day they got it in and I rode it home.

These days, there are too many HD dealers out there for them to give crappy service. The next dealer is only a short drive away.

Thanks For all The Comments. Today I called 2 HD dealers who surprizingly answered my calls, and after careful thought. I did Call the Dealer back Mikes Famous HD, New Castle Deleware and CANCEL the 2007 FF Ultra Classic. I will be buying one off the floor from someone else. Now what did they solve by their attitude.

1 They didn't get the sale
2 Harley owners tend to talk to other people. And I will state my experience with Mikes Famous HD
3 I posted my displeasure on the net
4 They have to find a buyer for the FF ultra
5 Salesman got no commission.

What did I Solve?

1 I pissed off a shitty dealer
2 I still get a Harley Ultra Classic Just not A FF one. (I can Live with It)
