Chirping Road King
Tightened the belt to 1/2" deflection. What a pain in the a**. My pipes won't come off because I used exhaust sealant per Rinehart's instructions. Need to get one of those torque wrench adapters for the rear axle. But, the chirp is still there. I'll check the brakes next. One thing at a time.
I dropped the shocks and readjusted the belt. Now it's a little tight. Deflection is just under 1/4". Brakes look fine. Took it for a short ride and no chirp. Hooray!!!
Must have been a loose belt. I'll take it for longer ride later this evening. Thanks for all the suggestions. Now for a nice cool shower.

Theres a rubber strip thats between the chrome quick install set up that runs along the fender...well it worked loose and there was about 2inches sticking all by itself...removed it and the chirping stopped...i am going to put it back but i am going to glue it so that it doesn't slip down again....funny though i could hear the chirping on top of all the damn noises coming from my front end..
