Default What Spark Plug Do You Use?

OK, I know this subject has probably been beat to death, but looking for some current input. Which plug? Regular or platinum? OEM or other? Any noticeable performance difference? How about reliability experience? Gapped at .040 or other? Do you index?

FIRE AWAY!!!

late models use an ion sensor on the ignition coil.

some plugs may give reading out of "normal" to the sensor, resulting in reduced performance.
some riders have reported problems even with screaming eagle plugs.

on my 09, I just use stock oem plugs- they work great.

on my Evos and Pans I use platinum style plugs, these have less sophisticated ignition systems, and i generally gap as wide as possible without misfiring. each bike is a little different

I've always just used the 6R12.
Always had good luck and never let me down.

i use the V-rod plug in my CVO 110, it seems to perform better with this plug than the standard plug.

I use the Autolite version not the HD version

If ya ever check out the box of lube guys web site, they show ahem, increase in performance with iridium plugs. I dunno, i have used autolite and OEM HD plugs.
