Thanks for all of the opinions. I talked to a dealer and he said they expect to have news on the 2015 Road Glide after the mid August meeting. I think for now I'll wait and see what 2015 brings. That is unless that yellow Road Glide grabs me and holds on again the next time I'm in the dealer.

I moved from a Streetglide to a Roadglide Ultra. It's hard to express how much more I like this bike. The dealer threw in the detachable tourpack kit and daymaker headlights and made me a super deal then I added most of the add-ons I pulled off the streetglide. It's a great bike. I don't buy into that first model year problem stuff. I put 50,000 trouble free miles on my 2009 streetglide and I abused the hell out of it. One of the best bikes I have ever had. I just had fallen for the look of the fugly and once I rode the ultra that was it.

I've had folks at two dealers (Wausau Harley Davidson and Appleton Harley Davidson) tell me the '15 Road Glides will be liquid cooled. That information is free of charge of course, and might be worth ever penny.

Your mileage isn't that high. If you like what you got I'd stick with it and just put $1500 or so into it to get it where you want. May not even take that. I hate switching bikes because you just never know what hornets nest you might stir up. And I don't care for first year bikes as a rule. They usually have problems. 09 seemed to be very unique in that regard. Don't know why but it doesn't seem to be the norm. If and when the new RGs come out I doubt they will be lucky twice. That is far enough out to be possible for water cooling which is bound to be iffy. So I would switch now or upgrade.
