Mufflers only, no. But why go part way, you might as well do the air and fuel mangement to get the full stage one done....

Just put the Rush 2" baffles mufflers on my 07 Ultra. Yesterday had the Dyno guy do the PV 5 and a free flow air cleaner along with the dyno tune. Complete blessing of a bike to ride now. More throttle response, more power, and I think less heat. An over all joy to ride now as compared to stock.

When you decide to full stage one, check out Fuelmoto's chrome air filter and their dynojet lll. 07 is the last year the lll will work and it will save you some bread on a dynos.

Thanks for choosing Rush! Usually you can install slip ons with 1.75" or 2.00" on a completely stock bike without tuning. If you use the 2.00" and a high flow air filter, there is a decent chance tuning will be required. The 1.75" with stock air filter will usually not require tuning. The 2.25" will almost always require tuning. Many factors come into play so it's still recommended to tune but not always required. If you post some more details such as the muffler baffle size and list any engine mods I can give a more specific answer.

Add a free flowing air cleaner to go with the Rush's. Then a Stage One Download. Good to go. That is all you need. Don't waste your dollars on a tuner unless you going macho big inch. I speak from experience. And my wallet.
