look behind your air cleaner, there is a plug there.. unplug it, blow it out real good, put dieletric grease in it, clear your codes and see what she does... probably got water in that connector...

Thx I just unplugged the ecm and cleaned and greased that. I had it fired up before that. So I am guessing your right about the water. Will do that in morning
Ditto on the air cleaner plug, it made mine throw codes because of fretting. It wouldnt hurt to check all the connections that you can see, clean and grease em. You got water in something. Here is a link for the codes.
If not fixed yet check each wire going to the tps fought this problem for several weeks wire had a break in it... Every time I rode it had to clear codes 5000 miles and no problems yet
