Baker Transmission issues

Baker dd6 3rd gear hanging up- rattling when trying to downshift back into 3rd
My name is David and 2 years ago I had a certified HD mechanic purchase a new Baker dd6 transmission thru Ukes HD in Kenosha Wisconsin and after installing it I was having trouble with it but really didnt pin it on 3rd gear I actually blamed myself so I changed the clutch basket and 2 clutch cables and fluids every 500 miles , I blamed it on the bike me the shifting mechanism and everything but The Baker cause you all know Baker is the number 1 transmission, strongest best and all that stuff, but Im outa money and now I dont ride much , transmission has 7626 miles on it today but Ive been having problems with 3rd gear since new. When I shift into 3rd I have to do it at 1500 to 2000rpms and at 20 miles and hour or it wont go into 3rd with out rattling and when down shifting back into 3rd I have to slow down to 25 miles an hour and 2000 rpms or less or it will rattle even harder and will not go into 3rd, I only ride locally and trips down south this year have been canceled. Can someone advise me on what should I do as my mechanic has tried everything to make this transmission shift smoother but o no avail. Please some From Baker help me , as I wait for my mechanic to contact Baker.

2. You said wait for your mechanic to contact Baker. Have you tried yourself, as the end customer? Their customer service is darn good

I too am confused, have you spoken with Baker in the last 7626 miles? One of the guys that works for me has Grudge Box, and he constantly remarked how good the CS was with tech help when he was going through the install, and had some issues.
