Default need coffee

I have an 05 road king. Before I got the bike I had a cup of coffee on my way to work everyday. I need to figure out how to do it on the bike. I found a horn relocation kit and cup holder for the side of the bike I really don't like it and it cost to much for just a cup of coffee. Any ideas would be great.

Leader Motorcycle Accessories sell a nice chrome cup holder that mounts to the switch housing , when not using it, it slides off leaving small chrome bracket. Rode Maine to Washington (state) and didn't spill a drop.

Not on our roads. Need a tight fitting lid on a plastic cup and some type of flexible straw. Don't know how many of those nice stainless cups I've seen dropped on the tank going over our roads! I'd like to drink my coffee on my hours ride to work, but I have a hard enough time holding onto a cup when I drive the cage. Roads here were better in the horse and buggy days than they are now! lol

Here's the best one I've found. I've had it mounted on two sportsters, a softail, and my road king. Always fits correctly no matter the bike or handlebar as there's a huge amount of adjustment. I took the cupholder into wal-mart and found a correctly sized coffee cup for it, no issues. Leave with coffee in the morning, and normally as the day progresses I use the coffee cup for ice water.

I have this and works well and inexpensive. Also allows multiple mounting locations.

I love my RAM drink cup mount. It's self leveling so it doesn't spill. I bought it on Amazon I believe.

Thank you guys. I'll do my homework on all of them. I'm now sitting at the gas station until I've finished my coffee. I hope it don't make me late for work.

While these are shown with a water bottle, this is how I solved my coffee/water holder for my '10 road king.

Installed the T-Bags Road King Windshield Bag. Then modified the Eagle Leather bottle holder by bolting it on the side of the T-Bag using the existing hole for wires.

Bottle or Thermo mug is protected from wind and coffee is available. I placed mine on the right as I have something else mounted on the left.
What it look like from the rear.

Close up of install showing one brass bolt that holds it on.

I added elastic cord for water bottle. When empty, it rattled around too much. Not true with my coffee thermo mug

I have this one mounted on the rear crash bar on the left... can reach down with my left hand and grab the thermos that I use with it.
