Burly Lowering Kits
Going to lower my RK and been looking at the Burly Kit. I'm lowering front/rear. Install sounds easy. Looking for some input about lowering my RK and if anyone has used the Burly kit.

You are going to get a lot of mixed opinions on any lowering kit but let me say this. I used the Burley lowering kit on my 2010 Ultra for almost 3 years and only experienced one negative effect. As you probably know the shock angle is changed when using this kit. Because of the different angle the shocks slightly make contact with the strut covers making a small rub mark. Not a big deal but something to be aware of. I actually didn't notice until I was replacing my strut covers that had the tour pac openings for some solid ones. I ended up removing my Burley lowering kit and it's now hanging on my garage wall.

I have the burly slammer shocks on my 07 Electra, I like them. Not as rough as I thought it was going to be, I don't know if they are recommended for a passenger, but I haven't tried them 2 up. Simple swap as well.
