If a Goldwing and a Victory bumped uglies the new Ultra would be their offspring. I think I'm going to run down to Home Depot and get some toilet handles to stick on my saddle bags to start my "2014 upgrades" Not!!!
Not clever. Not funny. Not even a tad humorous.
Failed attempt at humor dude.
Please explain how the 2014 even remotely resemble either of the bikes you mentioned.
From: 12 year, Colombia, 4 years Mexico, currently In Kuwait, but Boston is HOME!!
I got to chime in and say that I am not overly impressed. The make shift fix for the heat of the 103 by cooling the heads and not really giving a new watercooled plant a try, why not just make the oiler cooler larger or something that is not a quick fix but more thought out. AS far as the bags are concerned I think that they look ok. THe elelctronics pakage. Blue tooth on a bike? WHat if you wear a skid lid, will it really know your voice at 80mph? Nice re-do on the dash, with guages that might mean something, but the whole thing cvo limited package is not nearly as the amount of coin I have put into my limited and although I would love to have the 110 I am very happy with my scoot and would not change it after all that I have put into the mootr, looks and stereo. WHen and IF HD finally makes a true water cooled engine for a touring platform that is when I will seriously take a look. When they install BOSE instead of those crappy BooM speaker systems and when I can acutaully choose the paint scheme from Hard candy to denim the way I want it, then maybe I will think about it. BUT untill then, I am very happy with my 04 RKC (which now they dont make) and my 2010 limted super tricked out.
IT has been reviewed by others and I feell the same that one year with these many changes is not enough for me to change my mind, HD should put some serrious money into their R&D and really blow the doors off of their loyal fans.
I will say that the CVO softail blue, white and gld color scheme is pretty sick and If I had the bread I would buy the bad larry up in a heart beat. very sweet looking ride with a 110. Ride safe.

Maybe it was not humor maybe that's how he visions the bike. You seem offended that his opinion is different then yours it's America.
He has a right to his opinion. He does not need to explain himself to you for his actions. Or wait are you one of those who are against individual rights... wait , wait, even better you probably can't stand the sight of a person who open carries... How dare he use his right to bear arms..Shake fist at em here().
Lighten up man.

I can somewhat agree, but I will add that although you may be right, this is just a teaser introduction. Perhaps the CVO line was picked for the audience it has attracted, but I think they may roll out the whole water cooled thing with the proven Revolution motor in the Roadglide. Were all speculating here so here is my $.02
I was told by a dealer for what its worth the road glide will be back in 2014 with a water cooled engine.
to this years bikes..... I don't like the fairing and yes it does look like a Goldwing and a victory got it on. if you watch the video you will see the fairing isn't what I would call smooth like the current one. unless its just the angles the video shows. the bags being bigger I can go either way on that. I do not think that a touch screen is needed but its nice. voice command really I live in a no helmet law state it will be useless for me if I did have it. and you don't need to be able to talk on your phone while riding .. most state are making it illegal starting next year anyhow. I don't like how all the gauges are right across the top. and why make the "rushmore" its just another version of the cvo. which by the way the paint is awesome on the cvo limited this year I think. the tan paint for the sg looks like a$$. just my 2 cents.
also if you think this fairing is ugly I bet good money you will really hate the roadglide when it comes back. I have a feeling its gonna be almost a cross between the new bmw and a Goldwing with a windshield that raises and lowers. and it will have that stupid vent in the front

It doesn't look any different than the previous years model. Unless Im missing something in the picture.
WOW, I can't believe all the negatives on the new models, HD is actually trying to make a better more rider friendly up to date motorcycle.
I kinda like the SLIGHT restyling, and I really dig the fairing vent and the Infotainment (sp) center. I think HD did a good job modernizing, yet keeping nostalgic styling. I also have no issues with the water cooling. I am looking forward to demo ride one to see what they are all about. - I don't have the dough to jump in and buy one right now, but if I did, I would give them a good hard look.
