Default Mutazu stuff

Been looking for a touring pack for my rk and hd as usual likes to charge an arm and a leg, I came across the mutazu website and prices are really good... Anyone have feedback on their stuff? Is it cheap crappy stuff that's going to break or is it decent?

A friend of mine has used one of their trunks for years. Best I recall the only issue he had was replacing the lock. For the price how can you go wrong?

A friend has their Tour-Pak on his Road King ( Quick Disconnect Mounting ) and he's happy with it. Unless you're looking closely ( scrutinizing ) I don't think anyone would notice that it isn't an HD part.

I had one of those tour packs and we put one just like it on my brothers bike. It works "ok'. They open front to back rather than side to side but for the money it did provide my wife with a backrest, held all of the crap I keep in it and cost about 1/4th of what you can buy a used HD tourpack for. My bike was black and the factory finish did stand up well and shined as good as something from the MOCO does. Just my 2 cents worth and your mileage may vary. Happy trails....

I have one I bolt on for trips. It is great cheap lockable storage. Smaller and more flimsy than HD. May not hold up as well as HD if ya plan to keep it on the bike all the time but it is great for temporary use.

Have a Mutazu on my Street Glide. Think it looks much better than the Geezer Tour Pak from HD.

It is not as good quality as HD, but is good enough for me. G/F loves the back rest and having space for taking all her stuff. Likes to be able to lock her purse in the trunk.

Paint does not match HD, but looks pretty good. I have a red SunGlow and it is just a bit darker. Really looks good on the bike.

If you are a hard core long distance rider, or a dyed in the wool Harley guy, you will want to go with the OEM, however for most of us they would be just fine.

I have a +5,000 mile trip coming up, and the Mutazu will give me the extra storage I need, but also leave me money to have a good time on the trip.

When not riding double, the Mutazu usually spends it's time hanging on a hook in the garage.

there are 3 types of tour packs from them... I picked up the "king tour pack complete".
was less than 1/3 the cost of going HD....when I was done with everything...
It isn't as well made as the HD... but I added a thin gauge steel plate inside yo distribuate the weight better, and I haven't had a problem.
Connecting the lights was a bit of a pain... but 2 hours of playing was well rewarded.
