Default Boom Audio SiriusXM and Cruiser Handlebar speakers

Anyone know any good reason why the rBoom Audio Handlebar speaker kit

http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...---speaker-kit

Would not be compatible with this Boom Audio SiriusXM radio kit

http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...atellite-radio

Speakers take 3.5 mm input, radio sends a 3.5 mm output, controls for speakers mount on the right and radio mounts on the left. I can't for the life of me figure out why they would not be compatible? Doesn't make sense to me.

I already have the speakers and would love to add XM and the integration and waterproof options would be perfect even though a little pricey.

That i can't answer but if your interested in a boom audio set like the one in your link, i just pulled one off my bike yesterday before trading it in on a 2014 sgs the boom audio works great, is in like new condition and never saw any rain. If your interested i will let it go real cheap. Can shoot some pics. if needed. Sorry!! didn't read where you already had the speakers.

The windshield one also says

"Not for use with Boom! Audio SiriusXM Handlebar Mount p/n 76390-05A."

Doesn't make sense ???
