was looking at the 2014 Ultra Classic and 2014 Ultra Limited and playing the "what if" game (what if I bought an Ultra Classic and wanted to add some of the Limited's accessories?). Upgrading the 4.3 inch screen to the 6.5 inch screen would cost $1799.95 for part# 76000511. that alone is more than half the price difference of $2650.

Could not imagine buying a Ultra with what alll you git on a Limited.

I do not think the information floating around here is accurate. Go and do a build your bike HD1 Customization once you pick your ultra classic and go to options where you pick BOOM BOX 6.5 that add on is roughly 800 bucks and not 1700 that is floating around here. We need to stop spreading misinformation.
There are bikes that do not get that option like the Street Glide vs. Street Glide Special. They do not offer that 6.5 screen even as upgrade during initial build and I would imagine in those cases MACO intends to collect all 1700 for the upgrade.
************update***********
Checked and I stand corrected. the update to 6.5 touchscreen is just a radio upgrade. So where you would have navigation tab you would now get a electronic compass not GPS for $795
