Up front? Nothing.... yet. Thinking of going with Progressive springs up front. Standard length. As for the springs, I originally went with the standard duty ones. They wound up being too soft so we were bottoming out a lot when 2 up. Swapped them for the heavy duty springs and they are great 2 up but a little stiff when solo... I can live with it. I'm 190 lbs. and the wife is around 160.
Phil,

How many turns of spring are you running? I went with 13" Heavy Dutys. My girl and I are the same combined weight as you and yours. At first I dialed in no spring and the ride was slightly better than the air shocks. At times it would have a harsh rebound and kick your butt off the seat. (still not as harsh or often as air shocks) I finally got around to playing with the adjustment, 4 turns so far. Wow, what a difference!
I may try a few more turns later on, but for now I'm really happy with the ride 1 or 2 up, loaded or sober.err empty. Progressives are the way to go!

Just got back from my first ride with the 440 Heavy Duty shocks.

0-1 turn solo and 2 up... 3-4 turns fully loaded (touring).

I got the 440s(13inch) in the heavy duty virsion and I have the turns at 11=max.
It really ain't that harsh of a ride turned up that high.
