Default 2012 EITM vs 2014 head cooling?

I have a 2012 RK with EITMS I live in dallas and its very hot here lots of 100+ days. Drive to work every day 19mi of stop and go traffic. Lots of wrecks were its stop and not go traffic :-(. My EITM kicks in and out on hot evenings just like its suppose to. Never had any problems with engine stall or failure. I know the water head cooling should be even better but is it really needed for the sake of the engine? I know EPA and all...its going to be a have to have thing in near future probably. My question I guess is, has anyone with EITMS still had an engine stall in heat?

This water cooling the heads is a bunch of EPA nonsense if you don't have water jackets in the cylinders it's not "really" a water cooled engine my V-Rods were water-cooled and you could start them up on a 95 degree day let it keep running go inside for an hour an hop on and ride off I suspect the "Twin-Cools" still require the EITM

No. I live in Phoenix.

My Pal has had his 2010 SG stall a bunch- but it only does it with the power commander hooked up...so the EITMS can't be blamed there- there is an error in the PCV programming or interface with the ECM.
He lives in NY.

I would guess the head cooling is a stop gap and that H-D is weighing efficiency and market acceptance.
I'd be more interested in a fully liquid cooled motor.

Tolerances can be closer, which would make more power per cc

Lowered tailpipe emissions will allow for more aggressive cam profiles including overlap.

more constant temperatures will lower wear and increase service life
