Default Help with True Duals install

Just bought a set of true duals for my 2008 Electra Glide Classic from a well known website and received two right sided mufflers. Was referred to Rinehart and was sent a left sided muffler, but the wrong size. Now waiting for another muffler to arrive - next week. Anyway, was wondering if anyone has any info on whether I need to reinstall the factory 02 sensors when using a Dynojet Power Commander V? Also wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a replacement rear tire? My rear tire is now flat and I want to go wider (whitewall) if possible.

You either leave the factory 02 sensors installed, but not plugged in or replace with plugs.
