Last year at bike week I saw a bike with what I thought was lowers and speakers. It ended up being the top part of the lowers with speakers in them. I've searched everywhere for them and cant fin them. If thses work, I'll cut the bottom off

They look just like the Fairing Factory ones I've been tunning for a few years now. I think I paid $229.00 back then. They are not bad at all IMO, if you have a black bike and don't need to get them painted. Mine did not come with the #12 spring (part #58104-05) as shown in the link below, so the vent doors would open at Hwy. speeds. I just took the doors off, no need for them here in So Cal, besides they kinda got in the way of my size 12.5's! HogTune lower speaker kit fit just fine too.
I bought a set this spring and so far so good, they came from the fairing factory painted vivid black matching my bike, they came with locking boxes, only thing that happens is if I go 75mph or faster the vents close halfway if I have them open all the way.

i've heard this as well. but as it turns out you can pick up from HD the spring that's missing in the vent to stop that from happening. the part # is 58104-05
