Going on 80k miles and I had the FBW connector thingy problem fixed under warranty. Had to replace a couple of light bulbs too.

Rear brake switch replaced
Gas tank safety recall installed spacers
Seat shim recall to prevent fender dent
replaced fender due to dent

Other than that I replaced every wheel bearing with new ones. Sprocket bearings too
Replaced compensator
3 kick stand springs
That's about it.

Watch out for the starter clutch assembly (grinding noise on hot starts) as well as radio periodically losing audio (but not power) which turned out to be excessive vibration caused by broken upper fairing mounts.

46K on my '09 Ultra - had the IPB, Compensator, and main shaft bearing/main shaft damage at 45K. No other issues before that.

54k miles on mine. Religiously serviced every 5k miles.
Never have had an issue with wheel bearings, Still on the stock ones.
Here is the list of my major repairs in no particular order.
Comp Sprocket, Stator, Main bearing, race and mainshaft replaced at 50k. The bearing and race tore up the shaft. Likely due to Comp sprocket going out.
Shift Shaft seal leak at about 30k
Base gasket leaks at 35k. Upgraded to 103 at the time of this repair.
Just had the infamous limp mode problem with codes. Repairs done to Throttle actuator.
TBW went out at around 15k. I now have 12 inch bars and TBW is the 1 piece style. No plug in the bars.
At least 4 starter motors. Likely due to comp sprocket issues.
That's about it

Well it sounds like IF I keep it long enough I may have to replace the compensator. That and the FBW seem to be the most common things. I have mine for sale right now, we'll see what happens. Bad time to sell I bike I think...

I personally myself am pretty frustrated. I have owned a lot of bikes in my days and never had any of them in for issues as often as I have had this bike in.

I actually do have a hot start issue. Cold every once and a while now as well. It spits and coughs.. Not grinds. Will cough back through the intake every once and a while. This is why the HD shop replaced the fuel line and quick coupler... Said it was bad causing me to lose fuel pressure... That did not fix the issue... Talked to Jamie also, because I do have the 107". Wondering if it is maybe a power commander issue.

Not trying to hijack my own thread...

bought mine with 42K....now has 68K.....warranty replaced: rear brake switch (twice), rear head and valves/guides, etc, compensator, primary bearings, stator/plug, front wheel bearings (twice), starter. Could be a few other things I forgot....but have all the paper work. A PILE OF IT. For awhile, the Harley shop was washing my bike more than me.
The ABS quit working...and I was told they fixed it by repairing a wire. It doesn't work anymore...again. Previous owner had allot done to it also.....Dealer printed out his receipts AFTER I bought the bike...(front wheel bearings, clutch....)

Well you got me beat, but you also have 2.5x the miles... If that is a sign of what is to come... yikes... I know things wear out, but dang... That just seems excessive to me....

An '09 Ultra with 36K miles and nothing but a compensator, battery and regular maintenance. Traded for the bike in March with 21K miles on it at the time.
