Chatter Box XBI-2H is a good model. HJC makes a FF helmet (SY-MAX lll) that is designed to be used with this Bluetooth device as it snaps right into the docking point on the helmet LH side. Rider to rider or passenger. It's a nice little set up once you get used to button orientation with gloves on and the headset/boom mic is a breeze to set up as the padding of the helmet snaps out for EZ installation.

I am the first to say that work is overrated.
Here's the deal... We both wear full faced helmets, and it takes about an hour to get out of the city when heading north. So rather than hand signals and taps on the shoulder I have been thinking about an intercom. We had one in our racecar and it worked well, so she has plenty of "in motion" experience.
