Low End Throttle Stop?
Low End Throttle Stop?
I've a 2006 EGUC with stock 88 TC/EFI.
I just changed out the handle bar grips to new larger OD ones. I did readjust the cable once I got the new grips on. Basically the OPEN throttle side cable - of the 2 on the grip. All went well. Grips has some end play/wiggle on it but not as much it had before.
ANYWAY, as I look at the football AC cover I see the cruise cable and the 2 other cables on the cam on the carb. I can see I get full throttle and the throttle springs back correctly. I've tried the cruise too and all is good.
BUT I see there is a throttle stop as the carb rests in the spring back position. Bike is EFI. What is this stop for? Low idle?
