No Einstein, there is 4 in that one thread, I don't think that they are the only ones with this problem. If I wanted a 2014 I would go and pay cash for it right now. If I did buy a new one, I would be smart enough to wait a couple of years until they worked the bugs out. By The Way, I'm not a rich person, I'm an NCO in the Army, I just manage the money that I make wisely.
My 14 hasn't puked anything in 2000 miles. The bike is awesome in everyway and is the best Harley made to date IMO.
Had a little plunger recall on the brakes that took a whole half hour to replace, suppose you would have demanded buy back?
No point in cutting down someone else's ride just because you cant afford one right now. You reek of jealously sarge!
The 14 103 has plenty of power and I plan on doing nothing to make it faster.
There are those who are never satisfied with the power me included but this bike is so much faster than the 96 mill I couldn't be happier. Drop a gear and hang on!
The stock exhaust sound is perfect IMO, not to loud and not to quiet. I put my 1.5 Rush slip on's on it the other day and it was quieter, getting pretty loud on my 96. Guess the cats have a lot to do with it. It even had a lot of poping at decal which IMO makes it sound like a badly tuned piece of crap.
I have had my 2014 SG since September 26, drive train is stock and so far I like it that
way. I will say I may change it later on, but not that much. The exhaust can be a little
louder, but I also like the raido or using an I-pod to listen my tunes. I don't need a lot
more power the bike has enough, and the brakes are great coming from a 07 RK Custom.
Handling is also better than the 07, what is not to like, the bike makes me want to ride.
If I was to some performance mods, the first thng would to decat the headpipe and run
the stock mufflers. My Son did that to his stock Road Glide Ultra, it has that H-D sound
we all love, it just dosen't hurt my ear's to ride close behind him like some bikes. So I do
like my 2014 motorcycle as stock as it is, oh I think the Handlebar bottons are cramped for
my big fingers
My 4 week old S.G.S. has just the slip on's on it. Other then that, It's stock.
Now, after last night with a click click here and a click click there I spent $3,100+
and forgot a couple a things.
It's sooo easy to do.

I wouldn't demand a buy back, because I wouldn't buy this years models. I will never get rid of my Air cooled SG, I may buy another new one some day, but this one is staying. Why would I go buy another bike when I am 100% satisfied with this one? The bike is only 10 months old and only has 6,000 miles on it, its a little early to be thinking about a new one.
Honestly, my 14 SGS is my fourth HD. Far and wide the 14 rocks. I think bone stock 14 runs very good out of the box. As said the stock seat, not the best. But the bike itself is wonderful. Personally, I need a bit more decibels then the stock mufflers, but that does not mean they cannot be lived with. I did do a Stage 1, because I could. I am only leveraging the power I bought as is. It was
good for roughly an extra 10HP/10TQ. Could I live with a stock 14 if I had to? Hell yes!
I removed the cat from my 14 RK and believe I lost some of the low end torque, but it sounds a little louder and is cooler on my foot. Plan on stage1 intake and fuel moto micro tuner next summer. Maybe some KHROME WERKS slip-ons.
My mods have consisted of (4) things, three I used from my 2011 Road glide Ultra, Ohlins 3-3 rear shocks, Supertrapp 4" Stout slip ons, a 15" LRS, and floor board extenders.
