Default 2009 vs 2010 Ultra Differences?

I am looking at a 2009 and a 2010 Ultras, can someone tell me the differences in the two? Preferences, pros, and cons!
Thanks Steve

if you google 20XX model year technical forum

you will find the model year introduction docs given to the dealers, it is a handy way to track differences

2010= subject to stricter emission regs and penalties for tampering.
come with catalytic converter- different o2 sensors and change in the tranny gear cut ( helical 5th?)

2009= no cat ( ex CA models)

I purchased a 10 Ultra but after the fact wished I would have purchased an 09 because of emmisions and the hassle of removing the cat. No big deal now and I will probably have a different bike by the time they enforce the emmisions.

No cats in the 09 model except for California and International Compliant models as per the Owners manual.
