Nobody ever install a HID kit for there head light?
Many people (myself included) have tried the HID route. Many have not been happy with the results. All an HID bulb does is give brighter light in which the direction of the beam is still based on the reflector. The stock reflector is not optimized for the stock reflector. I had what was supposed to be one of the high end HID kits made specifically for bikes and had nothing but problems with it.
Of course on the slipside many use HID kits and are perfectly happy.
