strange they have a big shop in Orange county (Anaheim) If I spent 2500 on a fairing and they shipped it broke or didn't ship it at all my *** would be at their door tomorrow. I wouldn't care if it cost me 1000.00 to get there..Strange though you just decided to join HD forums and bash a company?
AND his main supporter in this thread has only 1 post.
All that thread shows is that they have had a few issues. For the most part, it seems like folks are happy with them...It's funny I commented in that thread too (must have been drinking since the comment was a little over the edge) and I don't know anything about these folks at all...
and the other guy has one post? I'm calling BS on this one..
Why BS. The guy is looking for a platform to see if others are going through what he is going through and maybe get through to this company once and for all. Companies hate when large internet forum communities speak negative about them for obvious reasons. This forum has gained alot of popularity so Im sure he figured this would be a great platform and I have to agree with him. I saw it the other day when someone had an issue with Samson Exhausts. The guy made a post and a Samson Rep responded and rectified the situation immediately. Its a shame it took a post on a forum for the guy to get some quality customer service but it worked...
When I ordered mine I was told a shipping date 3 to 4 months before I would received it, after me calling and demanding my money back after 6 months things got rolling that was over two years ago, they must be busy? Was I mad yes, its a aftermarket piece, am I happy with mine yes, do I wish I designed my own ? yes then I would be happy no, nothing is perfect in this world. I don't have anything bad to say about them, Thank you dragonfly my stereo rocks with my 6 x 9s !!

A platform? Wow I guess you feel its ok to start a bad thread about a company that for all we know had issues with this guy, ever think about the other side? Maybe I wouldn't care if the guy started a thread that said has anyone else had problems with dragon fly? Instead he bashed a company from the get go. My guess is the guy got tired of waiting wanted his money back and Dragon Fly said its non refundable because its a custom part. Could be wrong but doubt it. I saw these guys at the Laughlin river run and they where slammed with customers, they just moved to Anaheim in a high rent zone so they have to be doing something right. Notice they to "newbies" never came back in here to explain further? BS!
apparently they are out of business and on their way out of business and yea i joined to let the good people on the forums know my experience i don't see anything wrong with that and if you look up dragonfly on the forums you will see that I sure as hell am not the first person to be warning folks about their shady business
Also I heard at the ROT Rally from a reliable source that the IRS has seized the business, just because someone looks like they have it all together from the out side dosn't mean they pay their bills!!!!!!!
