those an LED set of headlights on Big Red? how you like them? i have the the other type of LEDs and not particularly fond of them. great on the highway but not so good out in the back roads. hard to see the critters cause they are so focused....pluss, the light pattern is horizontal and you feel like a plane bakning when in a turn. glad you're back and having fun.
+1 on the led? Maybe he will get back with us. They look like custom dynamics
Rode across the old Tamiami Trail in '70, at night. Naked bike, 3/4 helmet with bubble shield, had to wipe the shield several times a minute to see, and frequently wiped the headlight, too. Stopped at a cafe just outside Naples, dropped a lapfull of bug goo getting off. Dripped slime all the way into the cafe. Stopped at the first coin laundry in Naples and put the jeans and blue jean jacket through a wash. Lucky I had a spare change of clothes... and no ladies present when I put them on. Florida ain't on my bucket list no more, place bugs me.
Love bugs are an experiment from UF gone bad. Lots of great love bug memories from my 8 years in the sunshine state.
That's what many think. Love bugs are from central America. The splatter they leave will pit your paint if not removed in 48 hrs. Plus they smell awful.
One of the worst bugs to clean off a bike I have ever seen. JR
Got a wet towel draped across my fairing right now trying to soften those little turds up a bit. They sure do make a mess.Love bugs are black with an orange head & nothing will eat them, they're very acidic.
