Sucky deal indeed and bothers a person even more to know the damage is there (seen or unseen). Yep, mark it down as battle scars, paint 'er up and ride-on!

I would think you'd have heard it if you did it. Agree with yr guess about the test ride.

Yeah, it was a good enough scrape that I would have heard it. I've make some sharp turns and never had a pipe scrape like that.
