Old thread but maybe new inputs with people who have recent change of stock bars on their 2014. First the 10" classic Yaffe bars work on 2014 with stock cables and hoses? I think that is all the height I want. Can anyone tell me about how much higher than stock bars on Unlimited? ANY pictures out there on 2014?

There are lots of threads here on HDForum on these bars. On the 2014 you can install the Yaffe 10" or 12" without the need to purchase cables or wires. Some have suggested getting the Harley wire harness extension (about $30) to make it a little easier to run the wire back inside the fairing but it's not required. The cables (clutch and brake) have plenty of length and just need to be unclipped from their bundles inside the fairing.
The 10" bars will place the grip at the top edge of your fairing. The 12" will be roughly 2" above the fairing. Plenty of picks in this thread to see them. The 2014's and older will all have about the same dimensions and looks. Roughly...
I have an '11 Limited (almost the same). I extended all the wiring myself, I used the existing brake line (just re-routed it) and a new clutch cable. 10" is perfect for me, adjusted just to the top of the fairing.
