They make it alot neater and easier to tuck wires away, I got all the part numbers for pins and plugs in a doc file but was just wunder'n how you did it, I beleive the water tight plugs and caps are a better and neater way to go and it is an extra $60 to do it that way but at least there is not alot of wires coiled up under the seat and makes it quicker when changing out tour pack.. and it's all water tight, I'm all about doin things right!
Thanks Y'all... $550???? man they are sticking it to you on that...
I paid $286 for the Detach Kit and $70 for the Hidden antenna... I chose to do the hidden antenna instead of relocating.. Just for a cleaner look... You do get an antenna relocator in with the kit though...
Is that for a HD kit or aftermarket kit? That is a great price if it's HD. Do you have the part numbers for it?
That looks sweet with the tour pak off. Nice bike and love the color!
I am wanting to add a king tour pack to my SG this winter. I am on the fence if I need it to be detachable or not. I should probably go with the detachable mount.
I can't believe how much money it all adds up to if you want to make it just like an Ultra's tour pack.
