Default Screaming eagle race tuner

Thats what I have on my 06 street glide, this bike is new to me and I would like to adjust the values myself, like with a VH fuel pack, question is, is this a simple change over, from the sert to the VH, or is the sert tough to remove. Thanks-

There's nothing physical to remove regarding the SERT; it just flashes your ECM.

The SERT is just a device that allows access to the bikes computer, All you have to do is put back in the factory map (using the SERT) and then you can switch to the tuning device of your choice..

How about using the SERT? I know it's been replaced by later devices, but that doesn't mean it has stopped working and cannot be used again!

Hopefully they are also readily available! I do despair that so many bikes seem to change hands without even the basic courtesy of also handing over the owners manuals plus other important stuff, in this case the SERT handbook (is there such a thing?!) and cables. Between us we should be able to crack this!

Ya I just did a quick search. No Joy. The Instructions are included with the software download. I'm sure the cables can be found. Just needs a little more dedication to find them.
