Really?? The bike only has 3900 miles on it! It's not even boke in yet...It will go many more miles before anything wears out or needs replaced. I have a 2005 and keep i well maintained, I havent had anytning wear out on it yet besides tires ad brakes and I have 65k on the clock.

This really makes me wonder why the engine and trans has been changed, but it only has 3900 miles on it? Lots of money for a bike that old, when you could get an '09[or newer] for a few more grand.

2006 Ultras are great bikes (I own one),I think that with the upgrades and the low miles it could be a good buy for around $13K.

Call me paranoid but I would never buy a used bike that was that heavily modified. I'm sure it will be fine but you just never know who did the work when buying used. If I were buying used I would look for as close to bone stock as possible for much cheaper and get the mods done myself. But that is just me.

It is funny how much people will tell you they think a bike is worth or not worth, in till they are trying to sell or trade theirs in. then they complain that they where only offered so much. Anyways for what you say has been done to the bike and the amount of miles, it is not a bad deal at all, just offer low and work your way up as they work their way down till you all meet in the middle some ware. Besides why pay a couple thousand more for a newer bike with the same engine (103) and tranny (6speed) and will probably have triple the milage.
