Guy from Paul Yaffe called me and said that with his bars not the classics but the other ones for the street glide in the 12" and below do not require longer cables and wires.
I have a 2014 SG that I just put 14" Wild 1 bars on. No ABS. I bought my hydrolic clutch line, front brake line and lengthened the wires. The clutch and brake lines I got were the black braided (after market from Harley). It looks and feels great. I am 5'9" and it fits me great. Make sure your bars are 15" wide (on the inside to clear the dash).

12" risers are 12" risers.......Not saying it can't be done but it wont be pretty when your done.....
I put 12.5" Wild 1's on my '14 Ultra. I went with +6 upper brake line and hydraulic clutch cable with 45 degree bango fittings. Did the same for my '12 SG. I had to buy the extentions for the switches on the '14 but you could probably get by with re-routing the wiring in the inner fairing. I just wanted to keep it nice and clean.
Just put a set of 12" Monkey Bars on my 14 SG. Was told by two sources that the stock length wires, brake and clutch lines would work with no problem. Well, had to add 6"s to the wires but the brake and clutch lines worked just fine.

I put those on my bike and didn't need to extend anything but the wires. They wouldn't be re-routed unless you ran them outside the bar rather than internally.
