the 555s are great for all around performance. They come on strong in mid-range...but I find have plenty of low end torque. Check out Fuel Moto web site for dyno sheets comparing 555 with 777.

Go with the TW-888's. Bob says it is the best street cam he has ever built.

Really depends on who's doing the head work and exactly what they're going to do to them. Slightly different modifications(porting expertise), etc, etc, may need different cams to get the best Umph! Almost everyone has what they call a stage II or III set-up. My best advice is to make a lot of phone calls, tell the shop what you have now and what you're shooting for and have a lot of scratch paper in front of you to take detailed notes.

TW-555 vs TW-777 depends a lot on the compression ratio you plan to build. I have my FM107 with TW-555 cams at 10.25:1. TW-777 cams like 10.5:1 or better.

Not sure if the '11s have compression releases or not. If not, you might want to think about adding them to the stage 2 head work you have planned. Compression releases will help with hot starts in these big engines.

If you go with the S&S cams you might want to consider the 570 cam with a compression ratio around 10:1. The 570's will also respond well to head work.

Good luck.

Really depends on your comp. ratio, and where do you want the power? big boyz has a pretty good database on there site that a lot of cam specs.

I really don't know that there is a big advantage. Looking at the sheets on www.woodcarbs.com it appears to come on just as strong as the 777 and makes just a little bit better numbers. I do know that it woke my 107 up. I like it.
