eyez on guages?????

Had some custom gauges made by Eyez on gauges in california, gauges turned out great, but after couple of months speedo and tach started turning brown
[either hot led's or sunlight] now lettering coming apart.
They will not return my calls or answer emails, Evan even called me back and said I had wrong number. Was really impressed with how they worked with me to create gauges, now they look horrible. Any one have any dealings with them?
O.K. Time to do follow up, A couple of weeks of phone tag, Evan from EYEZEON GAUGES GOT BACK WITH ME AND I SENT GAUGES BACK TO HIM SO 3-M COULD LOOK AT THEM AND SEE WHAT PROBLEM WAS. SEEMS THE WHITE WAS NOT MIXED RIGHT , NOT ENOUGH UV PROTECTANT IN MIX. IN LESS THAN 1 WEEK THEY REWORKED GAUGE FACES AND SENT 4 NEW LED'S FOR SMALL GAUGES. THE NEW GAUGE FACES ARE BRIGHTER THAN FIRST RUN, REALLY STAND OUT.
THE LED'S IN ALL GAUGES ARE IMPRESSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST, AT NIGHT I HAVE NO TROUBLE SEEING WHAT IS GOING ON WITH BIKE. THE WHITE BACKGROUND AND RED AND BLACK NUMBERS AND DIALS REALLY STAND OUT. I KNOW SOME TIMES IT'S HARD TO FIND A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK, YOU KNOW THEY ALL SEEM TO CARE IN THEIR ADDS, BUT EVAN AND HIS GUYS
DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED 100% SATISFIED. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A STANDARD FACE OR DESIGN YOUR OWN , THEY CAN WORK WITH YOU AND GET IT RIGHT. ALSO THEIR COLORED LED'S REALLY POP , DAY OR NIGHT, THE STOCK GAUGES , EVEN ON NEW BIKES DON'T COME CLOSE.
NOW THAT TEMPS HERE IN MO. ARE ABOVE FREEZING I WILL ATTEMPT TO UPLOAD SOME PIC'S.
I KNOW THIS SOUNDS LIKE A COMMERCIAL BUT WHEN A COMPANY STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK
EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT IT.

Their site says they stand behind their stuff 100%, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. But like Racer said, no physical address seems suspious.

I'd document everything as completely as I could, and refer it to the State's Attorney's Office and if you received them by the USPS, the Post Office Inspector General's office. I'd also give my credit card company a call and see if there's anything they can do to help you. Good luck and keep us posted.

Go to rip off report (google it) and see if you can find anything bad about em, if a business is chity, it will be posted there. I hope you get it worked out man.

Finally we connected

After a couple of weeks Evan did call me and said they would stand by their work 100%. When I had started the process of designing the gauge faces,
they were great to deal with, many emails with many renditions before getting started. They also did LED'S on gauges. Could not have been happier with finished product. I've seen several other gauge sets done by them and all looked great and owners seemed pleased. Will post a review and pic's of gauges after I get them back. Jim
