A lot of the BMW folks do the rims in black.

I wonder if I could get a few more miles out of my tires if I sprayed this on them instead of replacing.

YEAH!! Got me thinking of valve stem caps that I keep loosing

Yep, dipped my whole bike twice. Satin black, and currently two tone metallic orange and black. My thread link is posted above by Munkee.

Spend some time watching the videos at this sight dipyourcar.com and that should cover everything you need to know.

It is a fun way to change the look of your bike for very little $$$. There are certainly tricks for a good dip jobn and for keeping it looking good and more durable. Just remember it's not paint, and you can just peel it off when done.

I used plasti dip on Jeep Wheels Plastidip-image-4270726283.jpg

Came out cool
Easy to use
Three cans from Walmart did all 5 wheels with 4-5 coats
