Hi all...was wondering what octane you were told to use on your "14?
and on another note....can the speakers on the fairing take water from a hose when I wash the bike?? I know stupid question....but I never had a bike with speakers on it before...I know it can take rain....but was wondering the pressure and the soaking from a hose...

All vehicles in the US by federal regulation MUST be able to run on 87 octane. they are even trying to do that with small planes to get rid of aviation gas.
Really? Could you reference the Chapter & Paragraph of the CFR that spells this out?
Spent over 35 years in the business & am not familiar with this, although I did retire in 2008, so it may be something new I'm not aware of. I still follow the industry as much as possible & would like to read up on this.
