Copyright infringement on 2 handlebar designs. If successful I think we' ll see more suits in the future....

Then I should sue Carlini. I invented those bars in 1968 when I ran my Panhead into a ditch on a foggy night.

They've been at this for awhile. Anthony Carlini says he owns a patent on curved handlebars. Anyone who has a slight bend in their bars is a target.

So now Carlini thinks they should be the only company in the world to make handlebars with bends in them? Whats next? American Racing suing any company that makes round wheels?

He cuts metal and shapes it similar to me.
Whaaaaaa.

Ya know what... competitively price your product if you want to retain business. Don't try to sue your competition out of it.
