I've always either ran Metz, Avon Cobras or Mich Commander II. Just picked up my wheels for the 14 Limited. They came with Night Dragons on them. Anyone have any experience with this tires? Thanks in advance.
I had a set on my Road Glide. Wore through them pretty fast. Unless you are planning to participate in a road race for the day, it's not a tire you need for your bike. I knew they wore fast and I kept a close eye on the tread but one day after about 70 miles or so after the last visual, a buddy told me he could see cord. Sure enough, a 1" wide steel band was visible in the center of the tire tread. I trucked the bike home from there.

How long ago was this if you don't mind me asking? What made you go with them to begin with? From what I understand I'm hearing they are improved with improved wear life.
Just replaced my Pirellis this year after 7K miles on a streetglide, had the cords showing. You should run far away sir, I was not impressed with them at all. The night dragons don't stick like the Pirelli sport bike tires do.

I installed them last Feb and had to replace them in April. Only got about 4K out of the rear one.

Yea thats not a lot. Well like I said they are on there now so once I burn through them then I will go back to a more familiar brand. Judging by the posting from everyone shouldn't take long.
