Two guys in our group had them installed this past summer. One on a SG and one on a RG. Both guys had them taken off within a week. I don't know why but it made the bike so unstable at highway speeds that one guy almost crashed after a wind gust from a semi (lifetime experienced rider). We pulled into a rest stop on one trip and the guy on the RG asked me to take his bike for a ride and see what I thought. WOW what a scary ride that was. It was like the back end was the tail of a dog. Bike wanted to wander all over the road.
All I know is I'll never be putting a set of those under my butt. Hope everything works out for you.
I ride the mountain twistys at every opportunity and there's lots of opportunity in northern Arizona. Put a set of Night Dragons on last August. Just turned 10,000 miles and need to replace the rear but certainly no cord showing. I did get better milage out of the Dunlops but the improvement in handling and traction is worth it to me.
