Although every one will complain about doing valve adjustments, something even the harley mechanics hate doing.
There are plenty of OHC engines in production that go 100K or more without valve adjustment, I think HD engineers can work that one out. Are the new 500's & 750's going to need valve adjustment?

The new RG is going to have the new 1800CC liquid cooled Revolution X3 engine in it. They are coming out with the Street bikes with the 500 & 750 Revolution X2 engines in early 2014. That is just the trial run before they bring out the 1800CC version for the Road Glide.

It's not the infotainment system that is the problem, it the development of the Revolution X3 engine...

YOU KNOW ITS COMING!

Too bad the new Harleys will be all smooth, quiet, efficient...and boring as hell. The fun muscle car days are a great memory as well.

Other than that, it's only speculations.

I am very anxious to see what the new model looks like.....
Trying to dupe us are you?
You have the new RG fairing design in your avatar.

It will be released once they get the switch to function off the "high beams".

I used to feel that way too. Then I bought a classic muscle car (428 4-barrel Galaxie XL convertible). Slower than a V-6 Camry, couldn't take a corner, couldn't stop worth a damn, and took constant tinkering. And that's any muscle car, from an AMX through a Yenko Camaro.

What's funny is my '13 Ram with the 5.7 hemi pulls 395hp, 407 lb ft of torque, with a 0-60 of 7 flat. Quad cab, 4x4 to boot. I'm only averaging 14.7 mpg but the performance is on par with musclecars of yore and that's in a damn full size (whale size) truck! We all suffered a rough patch during the mid to late 80's before technology caught up with us. The same may be true while we make the transition from the old to the new. Keep in mind, there was a lot of trash talk with the twin cam came out.

Good point. I had a '10 Ram, and you're right. It was probably the best muscle car ever made.
