i run stock shocks im 300lbs my wife isnt petite and we allways ride two up...never bottomed out and i put about 16 to 18 in my shocks...sound like somethings wrong.

manual says that at maximum GVWR it's 35lbs max. on an Ultra

I have noticed that mine leaks over a period of time but as long as I keep it aired about about 35 I am not having a problem with it bottoming out.. I am 5'11 and 210 and the lady is 5'4 and 130. Plus you add all the extras that we carry.. Like her purse.. Now that is heavy...
