As most everyone has said, plenty of great rides and wide open space. Mountains, red rocks, water, desert - I can't imagine ever running out of place to go. Enjoy!
Haven't read the whole thread yet, but here is my take ...
Utah is a GREAT place to ride. I rode in from So. Cal to St. George (southern corner of the state). I spent the better part of a week going through Bryce, Capitol Reef, Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, Moab, Glen Canyon, and back a different route through Cedar Breaks.
Except for about 30 miles on I-70, this is all nice 2-lane highways. Stunning side of the mountain dropping into Escalante Canyon, then waking up in the morning to be dwarfed by Capitol Reef. Don't tell me there isn't a God!
