Heated jacket/controller not working

Should have also mentioned; when I was testing the jacket earlier I had it off but plugged in. I was testing all the heat panels with my bare hand. Felt warm but not at all hot.

I had a bad switch (hi lo off) day one and read of others, I think that type of switch was discontinued.
