Default Road zepplin seating position

When compared to stock seating position where does the Zepplin move the rider on a touring model?

Even with no air in the seat, I was noticeably higher and a tad closer to the bars. The sides of this seat are really wide as well, short guys need not try this seat...

Thanks for the reply. That's not going to work for me. I need to be back and down. I wonder how the new low profile zep seat is?

Angry I don't think they make a Zeppelin to fit the Limited...

I am 5'11... I loved the Seat on my 07 Ultra... You could air up the front of the seat and lower the back to push back... I ran a 14" Clearview shield for my wife... When I aired up I could look over the shield and block wind... When I aired down and she aired up she could look over me... It really helps to be able to adjust the angle of the dangle on long trips. The Wife and I went fro Houston to Canada Last year 5k miles in 15 days... We loved the seat... I just traded up to the 2014 Limited... I am sad because at this time I don't think they make a Zeppelin to fit the Limited... :-(

How tall is your wife? I would like to do the Zep, I'm 6-3 and she's 5-4.
I have a customized Electra Glide seat that allows her to see better; she used to be stuck looking at my back before that...

Ok I am 6"2 and love the Zep, I have the OEM windsheild for now and at top inflation I am 2 inches higher then normal riding position and at no air I am low enough that I am looking into the windshield. For comfort it is second to none. I had major butt screaming issue with the OEM. With the Zep no issue. I have riden 1100 km approx 10 hours of riding in one day with only gas stops and got to tell you no issues, just kept on adjusting the seat once and awhile. It does push you up ever so slightly towards the screen but not an issue (For me).

She is around 5'7" There is about a 4" spread because the back & front go up about 2 inches... You can let the air all the way out of yours and pump hers up... Add a bladder on top had she can get some more... You won't regret getting the seat... It is awesome... At least for me it was... I went by Mancuso and they let me bolt on the 08 & later Harley Road Zeppelin Air Adjustable seat to see if it fit on my 2014 AKA Wethead.... It sorta fit... The corner of the left bag hits on the controls when opening it... You can take a finger and push up on the plastic under the controls to open and close the lid. It hangs out about a quarter inch too much... So though it will bold up no problems... They don't list it as fitting because of the clearance on the bag... It is listed to fit the 14 Trike... When I walked in the Dealership they told me the 14's have their own seat... I had asked around at several Dealerships and they all told me the 13 would not bolt to the 14... So pretty much the just don't know yet... I am educating the parts guys on the 14 at the Dealership I hang out at...

Your *** will love the Zep after a 500 mile day. Been using one since 09 and the wife loves it to.
They told me a HD that the pan was different and wouldn't fit a 2014 but they told me that about 09 to 2011 and it fit.
On the fence about a 14 but would try the old seat on a limited before I trade it in.

Default 14 Zeppelin Air Electrical Cord

I bought the 08 & later Zeppelin... I was told the cord for the garage door opener was what I needed to make it work... The plug fits on the seat but it does not plug up to the extra plug in the fuse box on the left side of the bike... Has anyone put this seat on a 14 yet besides me?
