I couldn't seem to find the exact answer to my questions in the various threads.

I am going to pull the trigger on the Phase 7 and passing lamp kit from discount Fleet Supply.

Does the 2013 EG Ultra Classic need the H4 to H13 adapter?
Do you need any sort of trim ring for the phase 7 series?
I have the mod (relocated the two wires in the connector) to keep my passing lamps on w/ hi beams. Any issues continuing?

 

You need one of the Harley French trim rings due to the fact that the light sticks out a bit from the lamp housing. You may not need it but IMO its a must. I don't know about any adapter's for the 13's but my 12 Street Glide was plug n play.

 

The 2014 Touring models are supposed to be the only ones needing the adapter.
